Trade Terms and Conditions
All 2020 and 2021 completed booking forms, stand locations and payments have been automatically transferred to the 2022 event, a replacement booking form issued and the terms and conditions below apply.

Trade bookings will not be accepted unless accompanied by a signed booking form

Payment must be made in full by 22nd April 2022 where a deposit has been taken, bookings made after this date must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Traders will not be granted access to the event venue unless full payment has been received.

Cancellation – stands cancelled by the trader more than 60 days before the event will receive a refund of monies paid less 10% admin fee. Stands cancelled by the trader less than 60 days before the event will not receive any refund. If the event is postponed due to the Covid-19 Pandemic all trade stands bookings will be automatically transferred to the revised date.

Organisers reserve the right to sell any stand reserved against a 2019 location deposit if full payment has not been received by the 22nd April 2022. A refund of the deposit will not be made but can be transferred to an alternative pitch location booking.

The distribution of leaflets, posters or other billing materials outside the confines of the stand is forbidden, unless agreed by the Organisers. An invoice will be issued to any trader for breach of this term.

Traders are expected to provide a copy of their Public Liability Insurance to show they have insurance against all Third Party liability claims, together with a completed risk assessment. Health and Safety checks will be carried out and any Trader found to not comply with requirements or current regulations may be removed from site.

Diesel generators are permitted and will be inspected by Health and Safety to ensure they meet current standards. Petrol generators are not permitted.

The part or full sub-letting of a stand is expressly forbidden unless written authority has been received from the Organisers.

Traders are responsible for clearing their pitch (including all waste) at the end of the show.

The Organisers reserve the right to move or relocate traders on the day should this be deemed necessary

The Organisers reserve the right to remove any trader from the venue deemed to be acting in a manner that is detrimental to the event and/or affecting the safety of others on-site.

Although Security will be on-site supplied by the Organisers, Traders are responsible for the safe keeping of all goods or items on their stand. The Organisers are not responsible in any way for loss or damage to Traders property whilst it is on the venue.
