What is the address for the show?
The show is held at Play Close Park and New Park, Melton Mowbray, LE13 0PW

What are the opening hours?
The show is open to day ticket holders from 10am to 4pm
Display vehicles and trade entry from 8am to 9.45am

What are the advance ticket prices?
​
By booking in advance you will save on ticket prices!
Advance Booking Prices (Until Midnight Saturday 9th August 2025)
Adult ticket: £7.50 + booking fee
Children 14 and Under are free

Can I pay on the gate and what is the price?
Adult: £10.00

How do I receive advance ticket orders?
​
Tickets are emailed out to you upon confirmation of payment. Please check your junk or spam folder just in case. If you have not received your ticket please contact our team at motorpageants@a-me.co.uk or call our helpline on 07375 554420. If you haven’t received your tickets and you’re leaving for the event, don’t panic! We can assist with your ticket on the gate.

Is there a public car park?

There are a number of public cars in Melton Mowbray that offer free parking on Sundays, including blue badge spaces. There is no public parking on the park itself.

Do you offer a disability discount?
​
As part of our commitment to make the Motor Pageants accessible to all we will provide those disabled ticket holders that require full time assistance with 1 free ticket for a partner, accompanying friend or personal assistant (PA). You will need to provide a copy of your most recent PIP form (or equivalent - a blue badge is not accepted as proof) showing your current entitlement and your ‘blue badge’ if car parking is required. On arrival at the show please liaise with the staff on the gates when presenting your entry ticket.

If it is a child aged 14 or under that requires assistance then you will be required to pay entry as no child can enter the event without an adult.

Are there public toilets on site?

There are public toilets including accessible toilets on site which are clearly marked on the event map, or you can ask any steward to give you directions.

Is there a cash point on site?
There is no cash point on site.
​
Is there food and drink on site?
​
Yes, there will be food units and a bar. Melton Ice Cream will also be open.
​
Are dogs allowed into the show?
​
Dogs are allowed on the show site but must be kept on a lead. You must clean up after your dog.
